My Story: why I developed My Online Pilates Programme and why I think it's for you!
A few years ago, I became pregnant and continued teaching Pilates until I was 36 weeks along. However, I developed pelvic girdle pain and I could not continue to exercise and teach. After a complicated labour and motherhood struggles, it took me over a year to recover and get my energy back to return to teaching Pilates again. However, I realised that I didn’t have the same stamina, strength and mobility as I had when teaching Pilates consistently every week for the previous 15 years. I was recovering from a serious injury and getting back to fitness seemed insurmountable. This inspired me to create a one-year plan to rebuild my strength and fitness. I have recorded my journey, and I would like to share My Online Pilates Programme with you, in the hope it can help you too.
My Online Pilates Programme was developed to accommodate people with busy and often unpredictable schedules. It’s designed for everyone, whether you’re starting from scratch or recovering from an injury. All I need is 30 minutes of your time, once a week, at any time! That’s all! Doesn’t sound like much, but it is a huge investment in yourself. Each week, you will follow a 30-minute pre-recorded video. These are not random on-demand classes but part of a well-structured programme I have developed to guide you from beginner to advanced levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace. If you engage with my Pilates classes every week, I guarantee you will start to see the benefits even after 6 weeks. So imagine the benefits you will feel after a whole year! My videos are a testament to this, as you will see me struggle in the first few videos. A few months in, I am now able to do the harder moves in intermediate and advanced classes.

My Online Pilates Programme
Each week, you will follow a 30-minute pre-recorded video. This is a well-structured online Pilates programme I have developed to guide you from beginner to advanced levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace, anytime, anywhere. Support is provided to you through a members-only online Facebook group.
Months 1-2
Beginners Pilates
During the first two months, our focus will be on mastering the foundational aspects of Pilates, including centering, proper breathing, and ribcage placement. We will also delve into the essential activation and relaxation of the pelvic floor both at rest and during movement. Building on this foundation, we'll gradually introduce basic level 1 Pilates exercises. By the end of the second month, you will have acquired a fundamental level of movement and strength, equipping you to safely progress to more challenging exercises.
Bonus classes: Flexibility and Mobility – Spine and Upper Body
Months 3-4
Improvers Pilates
Over the next eight weeks, we will build upon the beginner's level, moving towards a more challenging but still lower level. While we will briefly revisit the core elements of Pilates in various positions, the primary focus will be on increasing exercise difficulty through the use of resistance, which can include stretch bands, household items like canned goods, or water bottles.

Months 5-6
Intermediate Pilates;
Core and Lower Body
In this block of eight weeks, we'll further elevate the exercise difficulty to an intermediate level. I will continue to provide exercise variations to accommodate both those seeking a challenge and those looking for a slightly easier option. Rest assured, options for making exercises easier or more challenging will always be available. Over these two months, our emphasis will shift towards enhancing lower body strength and endurance.

Months 7-8
Intermediate Pilates;
Core and Upper Body
The subsequent eight classes will maintain the intermediate level, with a specific focus on strengthening and enhancing endurance in the upper body. Similar to the previous month, I will offer alternative options during the class to cater to varying fitness levels.

Intermediate/Advanced Level Pilates;
Core and Lower Body
In these eight classes, we will take your exercises to an advanced level, building upon the foundation laid in previous months. More challenging exercises will be introduced, designed to be safely performed at home, with easier options for those who prefer them. The primary focus will be on the core and lower body.

Months 11-12
Intermediate/Advanced Level Pilates;

In the final set of classes, you will continue with advanced level exercises, concentrating on the core and upper body.

Equipment needed and support
You will need minimal equipment such as a TV/laptop screen connected to the internet and a web browser, a mat (or carpeted area), a towel and a water bottle. In some classes you will need non-specialised equipment, which can be found at home. I will give examples during each class, but this may include cans of beans (to replace hand weights if you don't have any), a chair, a towel and a pillow.

How will I be billed?
My Online Pilates Programme is a yearly subscription, paid by direct debit a year in advance. The yearly subscription fee recurs every year automatically until cancelled.
Do you provide a refund?
We do not offer refunds for not engaging with the programme or for forgetting to cancel your subscription. Please have a look at the taster classes before purchasing a subscription to the Programme. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Please send me your feedback using the contact form below.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscription to My Online Pilates Programme can be cancelled through your account on this website found in the top right hand corner, or by sending your instructions using the available contact form at the bottom of the page at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Is it possible to access your classes on any device?
You can access the programme on any device: smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer and smart TV, provided also the device has access to an internet connection and a web browser. I recommend larger screens for a better experience. You could also connect your laptop to the TV using an HDMI cable, depending if a similar port exists on your laptop. If you have an iPhone, you can connect to your TV using AirPlay, or if you have a mobile phone running Android you can cast through Miracast, Smart View, or Google Cast, depending on the TV and device.
