3.1. 3.2 If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please seek medical advice prior to engaging with the classes or self-help advice given in the YouTube channel. 

 

3.3 Engage in physical activities only if you are confident in your fitness level. It's your responsibility to assess your own physical condition while participating in these activities. If you encounter any physical difficulties during the classes, please seek medical advice immediately. 

 

3.4 Pregnancy advice: During the first trimester, our classes are designed to accommodate uncomplicated pregnancies, assuming you were physically active before becoming pregnant and have not been informed of any pre-existing medical conditions that might compromise your safety during exercise. If you have any uncertainties or additional concerns, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before joining any classes. Beyond the first trimester, certain exercises may no longer be suitable for pregnancy, and we do not advise continuing with the classes at that stage.

3.5 Postnatal advice: Recommended guidelines indicate that you should consider initiating gentle exercise no sooner than six weeks after an uncomplicated childbirth. However, if you encounter any pelvic girdle pain, lower back discomfort, urinary/faecal incontinence, or have been informed of a substantial rectus diastasis (abdominal muscle separation of more than three fingers), it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional to determine whether you are physically ready to begin gentle exercises.

4. Liability

4.1 Waiver of Liability: Before engaging in any exercises provided on the website, you are required to acknowledge your awareness of the associated risks and accept responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result.

 

4.2 No Warranty: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the Website. Your use of the Website is at your own risk.

7.1 Class passes need to be purchased prior to booking classes. All classes are to be pre-booked from the website.

 

7.2 Class passes have an expiration date. These would be indicated on the receipt.

 

7.3 No refunds, transfers, or exchanges on class passes, memberships, courses or workshops are possible.

 

7.4 We accept all credit cards listed; checks are not accepted.

 

7.5 Membership passes can be cancelled through the website or by sending your instructions using the available contact form​ at least 7 days before the next billing date.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available on the Website, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
